QA/QC Introduction

Based on ISO9001 quality system, strict quality control is carried out from the beginning to the end. Material ingredient analysis, intensity testing, electroplating layer testing, air pressure, water pressure and all other utmost testing are made to assure our quality level.

The special thermostatic testing machines, salt spray corrosive testing machines, electroplating layer thickness testing machines assure the accurate quality testing reports. In the meantime, automatic electroplating assembly, numerical controlled milling machines and PVD coating machines also minimize tolerances or overcome the traditional finishing shortcomings.
